Job Description Summary

The purpose of this position is to provide clerical assistance to the Mathematics Departmental office.
Start date will be 8/22/2022.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed.

Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• General office knowledge of answering phones, faxing, scanning, photocopying, data entry and filing.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
• Punctuality and dependability.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to be a team player.
• Ability to complete clerical duties with accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Friendly disposition on the phone or in person.
