Students must be enrolled in at least: 12 semester units or 12 quarter units for Undergraduate Students; 8 semester units or 12 quarter units for Graduate Students.
Students declared major must match the major(s) listed in the job posting and students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher .

Hybrid work schedule . F lexible workdays and work hours, Monday – Friday, between 8 AM – 5 PM. The final work schedule will be determined by the supervisor .
Student Assistant and Graduate Assistant employees generally work up to 24 hours per workweek (Sunday – Saturday) during the academic year and up to 40 hours per workweek during breaks; (winter, spring, and summer).
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour.
The Student Assistant's role will include the opportunity to gain experience with the OCM Customer Relationship Management (CRM database) tool called Stakeholder Connect, OCM team’s primary record of interactions with department-level OCM contacts. Stakeholder Connect is OCM’s primary means for communicating defined assignments (assignments include data requests and readiness activities). The intern will have the opportunity to increase expertise in communications and gain working knowledge of the principles and practices of organizational change management.
