Metropolitan Community College (MCC) seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative - Application Processor to join the Sarpy Center team in Omaha, NE. You will process college applications, resolve caller questions on first contact, and guide students through Unity and online orientations.

Responsibilities include reviewing accuracy of applications, assisting with financial aid processes, and coordinating with Academic Affairs to resolve prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 4 years of full-time related work experience in a customer service environment; call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review applications for accuracy and completion.
• Navigate CRM dashboards to process applications and troubleshoot system errors.
• Follow up with prospective students via phone or onsite appointments.
• Coach students in how to search for and enroll in classes using Unity.
• Assist students with financial aid processes and FAFSA applications.
