Yugo USA LLC is seeking a Student Ambassador for our Minneapolis property. This part-time, onsite role entails leasing, marketing, and resident relations to support the community and maintain high occupancy.

You will handle move-ins, renewals, lead qualification, and lease documentation while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic student housing setting. The position requires 20–25 hours per week, weekend availability, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role.
• Strong customer service and written/oral communication skills.
• Proactive, with problem-solving and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase features.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork for move-ins/outs.
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person, maintain guest cards and follow up.
