Job summary

Harper College in Palatine, IL is seeking a student aide to support the Fashion lab and classroom. You will take direction from the FAS Lab Assistant and help with general duties, keeping a positive attitude and completing tasks on time.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, reporting supply needs, organizing and cleaning the lab and classroom, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining equipment, and monitoring student activity per the lab rules.

Experience Requirements:

The student aide should be proficient in the use of computers and standard office software, including creating and organizing files and folders. They will be organized and conscientious about duties and complete tasks on time.They will be polite and courteous to students working in the lab and will seek help from FAS Lab Assistant when issues arise. They will take direction well and have a positive attitude. They must be able to safely lift at least 25 pounds.
