• Report to the FAS Lab Assistant for daily instructions and keep the coordinator informed on activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Requirements: To apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student and enrolled in at least 6 credits per semester (3 in the summer semester).

Experience Requirements: The student aide should be proficient in the use of computers and standard office software, including creating and organizing files and folders. They will be organized and conscientious about duties and complete tasks on time. They will be polite and courteous to students working in the lab and will seek help from FAS Lab Assistant when issues arise. They will take direction well and have a positive attitude. They must be able to safely lift at least 25 pounds.

• The student aide will be responsible for monitoring student activity in the lab following a checklist of rules and expectations.
• The student aide will report to the FAS Lab Assistant for daily instructions and the FAS Lab Assistant will keep the coordinator informed on activities.
