The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a motivated Harper College student to serve as a front desk student aide in the campus computer lab. You will assist students and staff with basic login, software navigation, and printing tasks.

This role requires independence, reliability, and strong customer service. You will coordinate with the Service Desk and IT to report hardware or software issues and help resolve questions in a friendly, student-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Harper student enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
