Job summary

Qualifications

To apply, you must be a current GRA Harper College student enrolled in at least 6 credits per semester.
Basic knowledge of Adobe applications and having taken the GRA 101 course are required.
Login procedures and basic application processes and file management procedures are a must.
You must be able to communicate and submit written reports of breakdowns, user account issues and any other lab procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist Coordinator, Instructors, Lab Tech, and Students with requests for lab needs.
Assist students working within the GRA labs.
Monitor all students in the facility for safety compliance and understand all lab procedures to guard against breakdowns and theft.
Identify occurrences of breakdowns and software/hardware needs.
