Job summary

OpenAI’s Student Collective program seeks a proactive, detail-oriented program manager to run daily operations and improve team workflows as the program grows. You will manage student communications, records and logistics, while identifying opportunities to improve tools and coordination.

Program leads set priorities and you’ll own day-to-day workflows, escalate risks early, and implement changes with sound judgment to keep work moving across time zones and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Hands-on comfort using AI tools to build and improve workflows and automations.
• Familiarity with procurement workflows, supplier coordination and payment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own program tools, task tracking and data; optimize Airtable and project tools.
• Manage onboarding, access follow-up and offboarding when needed.
• Manage student communications and follow-ups through resolution.
