Job summary

OpenAI in San Francisco, hybrid work arrangement, seeks a Technical Program Manager for the Applied AI Engineering team. You will lead global initiatives, coordinate across AIE, Sales, Product, and partner teams, and own the roadmap, demonstrations, and field enablement assets.

You will drive adoption, measure program performance, and improve internal processes while scaling successful approaches worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology-industry experience in technical program management, strategy, or consulting.
• Proven track record delivering global programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong fluency in AI, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise deployment tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery plans, milestones, risks, and performance tracking for global AIE initiatives.
• Synthesize customer and field feedback to inform industry strategy and prioritize investments.
• Improve operating processes, enablement assets, and adoption tracking across regions.
• Design reusable industry workshops with demos and materials for regional teams.
• Coordinate with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners on industry use cases, readiness, launches, and GTM efforts.
