Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Two (2) years of experience in program administration with relation to students, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Maintains a properly coordinated delivery of essential student services by organizing the various units and sub-units in a logical, non-duplicative, and effective manner.
• Maintains effective communication and working relationships with administrators, staff, faculty, students, learners and community members as assigned.
• Ability to manage inquiries from faculty, staff, students and learners in a timely manner.
• Ability to provide status and occupancy reports as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally as well as through written & electronic communication.
• Ability to project a strong positive image through public speaking, personal interaction with educators, learners, faculty, staff and others as required.
• Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assists in coordinating projects within the department and administrative support staff, and external entities as assigned.
• Maintains and verifies staff, faculty, student, and learner’s records and prepares reports and correspondence related to the work.
• Ability to personally provide high level of interactive service to others, build relationships and addressing identified needs.
• Proficiency in organizing and managing complex functions and the ability to gain the trust and confidence of students is required.
