Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Two (2) years of experience in program administration with relation to students, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Organizes the delivery of essential student services to best meet the division’s work requirements.
• Maintains effective communication with administrators, staff, faculty, students, learners and community members.
• Manages inquiries from faculty, staff, students and learners promptly.
• Provides status and occupancy reports as needed.
• Communicates effectively verbally and in writing/electronic formats.
• Projects a positive image through public speaking and interaction with educators and learners.
• Performs complex tasks and prioritizes multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinates projects within the department and with external entities as assigned.
• Maintains and verifies staff, faculty, student and learner records and prepares reports.
