Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values by effectively communicating them to others.
• Assist in the hiring and evaluation of all Social Workers.
• Assist in identifying training needs for the Resource Management program.
• Coordinate training for staff.
• Act as liaison between Resource Management staff and Board.
• Other duties as assigned.
