Job summary

Auburn University at Montgomery is seeking a Student Affairs Assistant to support the Division across multiple programs, including Warhawk Alley, the Resources Center, the Career Development Center, and the Global Education Center. You will greet visitors, provide resources, and assist with event logistics.

Responsibilities include coordinating registrations, setup, publicity, and student engagement; attending university-wide events; printing and distributing promotional materials; and

Responsibilities

• Support the Division of Student Affairs across departments and programs (Warhawk Alley, Resources Center, Career Development Center, Global Education Center).
• Engage with students and visitors, greet arrivals, answer questions and provide resources.
• Assist with event/program management: registration, logistics, setup/breakdown, publicity, and student engagement.
• Attend university-wide programs and events, assisting Student Affairs staff as needed.
• Print, copy, and distribute promotional materials for programs and activities including flyers, posters, postcards, and other materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
