Qualifications

• Must exercise good judgment and communicate clearly in speech and writing.
• Enrollment at AUM with at least two semesters remaining is required.
• Available for three days per week during defined event hours.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain inventory of event supplies and storage areas
• Assist with setup and breakdown of campus events
• Support event execution in accordance with guidelines
• Monitor and record student attendance at activities
• Handle all college property with care and responsibility
• Foster student engagement and a welcoming environment
• Ensure activities remain safe, orderly, and compliant with campus policies
• Participate in required staff training sessions
• Support additional Student Affairs activities and events as assigned
