Job summary

Cuyahoga Community College is seeking a Student employee to assist Student Affairs by identifying services, supporting peer initiatives, and guiding peers to appropriate resources. The role emphasizes confidentiality, leadership, and customer service in a campus environment.

Successful candidates will have completed at least 6 Tri-C credits, maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA, pass required screenings, and participate in leadership workshops while assisting with tours, events, and peak-period support.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 6 Tri-C credit hours.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Maintain 6 credit hours each semester.
• Maintain satisfactory academic progress.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service, reliability, leadership, and communication skills.
• Provide support to students during peak periods and with My Tri-C Space.
• Provide campus tours and assist with on- and off-campus events such as open houses, NSO, college fairs, high school visits.
• Participate in leadership programs and attend student success workshops.
• Other duties as assigned.
