Job summary

Cuyahoga Community College is seeking a Work Study Peer Financial Coach (Financial Aid Admin) to help students navigate Financial Aid processes, My Tri-C Space, and Blackboard. You will support FAFSA and related documents and assist with outreach activities on campus.

Qualifications include a minimum 2.0 GPA with at least 6 credit hours, strong customer service, and solid computer skills. This student position requires onsite work in Ohio and adherence to the college confidentiality policy.

Qualifications

• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 and semester enrollment of at least 6 credit hours.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Microsoft Office, internet, software).
• Ability to follow directions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with FAFSA, scholarships, verification forms, and SAP appeals.
• Support outreach activities such as campus events and workshops.
• Assist SFAS services and respond to student inquiries.
• Contribute to department and office duties as assigned.
