Job summary

Pacific University invites applications for the NWS Member of School Student Advisory Team - Creative Thought & Expression. This is a part-time, student position to support the School Chair and Student Advisor in ensuring student voices influence cross-disciplinary engagement.

Responsibilities include coordinating communications, events, and experiential learning across schools, with possible roles as communications lead, events lead, career & experiential learning lead, or creative lead.

Qualifications

• Pacific University undergraduate student.
• Prefer federal work-study funding for the 2026-2027 academic year.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Able to manage sensitive information in compliance with FERPA and university policies.
• Good verbal and written communication with diverse populations.
• Self-motivated.
• Serves as an information source to students, staff, faculty, and community members.

Responsibilities

• Work with School Chair and Student Advisor to ensure the school integrates student voices.
• Coordinate and collaborate across schools to create cohesion for the college.
• Roles may include communications lead, events lead, career & experiential learning lead, and creative lead.
