Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, academic advising, financial aid advising or related higher education roles.
• Demonstrates outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with course registration and program requirements.
• Advise on academic, financial aid, and healthcare compliance matters.
• Monitor student progress using data and provide proactive referrals to support persistence.
• Collaborate with the Student Support Liaison to ensure a consistent student experience.
• Document interactions in institutional systems and assist with enrollment processes.
