Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability, discretion, and professionalism given confidential student information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Print, assemble, and quality-check admissions materials like letters and brochures.
• Enter and audit prospective student records in the admissions CRM; manage lists.
• Create content for admissions social channels; draft captions and help with scheduling.
• Support campus events and assist with web page updates and content formatting.
• Assist with other marketing projects and research information for campaigns.
