Job description

• Assist in completing travel documents and related paperwork.
• Set up tables, chairs, banners, and other materials for conference room seminars, special meetings, and the Vision Science Journal Club (VSJC).
• Set up lunch and snacks for seminars, special meetings, and VSJC events.
• Post flyers on ERI boards and in the conference room.
• Design flyers for events and promotional materials.
• Receive packages and ensure they are delivered to the correct recipients.
• Assist with updating the marketing monitor with flyers and information on important events.
• Assist with entering information for newsletter and editing.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
