Kansas Geological Survey is seeking a dependable student to support administrative tasks and assist with state vehicle upkeep at the Lawrence, KS campus. This on-site role offers 10–15 hours weekly during 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with blocks of at least three hours.
A valid driver’s license is required, and you must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Primary duties include vehicle check-in/out, light cleaning, refueling, data entry, and filing, alongside other assigned tasks.
Position Overview The Kansas Geological Survey (KGS) is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented student to support general administrative tasks and assist in the maintenance and coordination of KGS state vehicles. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day operations of a vital research organization.
This student position has flexible hours, 10-15 hours per week, during business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday).
