Qualifications

• Ability to manage student activity funds and generate financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate transaction records for financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain audit documentation.
• Record all transactions in financial software and keep receipts.
• Create processes and records for receipts and checks.
• Reconcile the Student Activities account with bank and Methuen statements regularly.
• Create and distribute reports for student activities participants on a schedule.
