Job summary

Glenbard Township High School District 87 is seeking an Extra FTE Technical Director Assistant Play 2 at Glenbard West High School to supervise the student organization and oversee elections, announcements, and events.

You will report to the APSS and Activity Director, train officers, certify candidates, maintain equipment inventories, complete required forms, and ensure compliance with applicable district policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as correspondence, surveys and electronic media.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and community members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all elections and certify results to the APSS.
• Approve candidates for club offices before elections.
• Train officers and members in handling their offices and guide club operation.
• Submit constitutions or charters when needed to the APSS.
• Approve announcements, meeting dates, activities, and materials.
• Be present at meetings, social events, and fund-raising activities.
• Maintain an annual inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Complete forms and reports per the Student Activities Handbook.
• Consult with the APSS for smooth club functioning.
• Represent your club during Activity Night and Booster events.
• Ensure representation at Presidents Council Meetings.
• Coordinate with APSS/Activity Director for access to Skyward accounts.
