Job summary

Glenbard Township High School District 87 is seeking a 3 Extra FTE Technical Director Assistant to support student activities and elections oversight at Glenbard North High School. The role involves supervising elections, approving club offices, training officers, and coordinating with the Assistant Principal for Student Services to ensure compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all elections and certify results to the APSS.
• Approve candidates for club offices; restrict those with disciplinary records.
• Train officers and members in office responsibilities and club operations.
• Submit charter documentation for new organizations to the APSS.
• Approve club announcements, meetings, activities, and materials.
• Be present at meetings, social events, and fundraisers.
• Maintain annual equipment and supply inventories.
• Complete forms and reports per the Student Activities Handbook.
• Consult with the APSS for smooth club operation.
• Represent the club at Activity Night and Booster events when needed.
• Ensure representation at Presidents Council meetings.
• Follow district guidelines and policies.
• Coordinate with APSS/Activity Director for Skyward account access.
