Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience, or associate's with 2 years, or bachelor's or higher.
• Strong customer service, analytical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review student accounts and determine actions for payments, holds, refunds, billing, or collections.
• Process high volumes of payments and charges from students, departments, and third parties.
• Provide professional customer service in a high-volume call center environment.
• Represent department at events and promote initiatives.
