Job summary

Responsibilities

• Front line customer service for account inquiries and payments.
• Assist students and families in understanding financial obligations.
• Review and maintain office procedures for accuracy.
• Coordinate with financial aid on scholarships and loans.
• Prepare refunds and monitor payment plans.
• Process matriculation and RAM-related payments.
• Occasional evenings/weekends during peak periods.
