Felician University is presently seeking a highly motivated, detail focused, self-motivated, and goal-oriented financial services professional to serve as Associate Director of Student Accounts. Reporting to the Director of Student Accounts, the Associate Director has oversight for team development and training, annual audit related requests, and daily operations management of the office.

• 3+ years’ of progressively more responsible administrative experience in higher education student financial aid administration.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse constituencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team development and training for the Student Accounts office.
• Manage annual audit related requests and daily operations of the office.
• Lead past due accounts receivable management and internal recovery efforts for student accounts and refunds.
• Support student retention and enrollment while focusing on revenue recovery.
