Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required with 4+ years in accounts or financial operations.
• Experience supervising staff or leading in policy-driven environments.
• Strong customer service skills for escalated inquiries.
• Familiarity with billing processes and third-party collections.
• Proficient Excel skills and data analysis.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems (PeopleSoft/Workday).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Collections unit within Student Account Services.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate Collections staff.
• Oversee collection activities for delinquent student balances.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with university departments to resolve account issues.
