Job summary

The University of North Texas in Denton is seeking a Student Accounting, Functional Analyst to join UNT-Enrollment Management. You will lead billing operations and subledger accounting for tuition and fees, coordinate with Finance, Academic Affairs, colleges, and Enrollment Management, and ensure accurate tuition/fee setup and reporting in ERP systems.

A bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of business analysis or functional experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Info Systems, Computer Science, Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, Math or related.
• Three years progressively responsible business analysis or functional experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Lead tuition/fee billing processes and subledger accounting.
• Coordinate with Finance/Administration, Academic Affairs, colleges, and Enrollment Management for tuition/fee items.
• Validate tuition/fee setup using ERP functionality and SQL queries.
• Provide end-user training and reporting to support student billing and payments.
