Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, Math or related field.
• Three years progressively responsible business analysis or functional experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Lead tuition and fee billing processes for the department’s operations and annual volume.
• Coordinate batch processing and ensure accurate tuition/fee setup in ERP systems.
• Provide end-user training, reporting, and problem resolution affecting student billing.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Management, Finance, and campus partners on audits and processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support institutional decision making.
