Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Info Systems, Computer Science, Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, Math or related field.
• Three years progressively responsible business analysis or functional experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers and maintain professional communication.
• Maintain working knowledge of the EIS system; navigate, explain student accounts, troubleshoot issues, and document in EIS.
• Complete assignments accurately and timely, taking initiative to handle additional tasks within scope.
• Promote a positive work environment, collaborate with campus partners, and uphold UNT values.
• Lead tuition and fee billing processes, provide analysis for rate structures, and coordinate batch processing relevant to tuition/billing.
• Ensure accuracy of tuition/fee setup using PeopleSoft functionality and SQL; validate rates with stakeholders.
• Support initiatives to engage employees, provide timely communication, and recognize team accomplishments.
• Provide end-user training, problem resolution, reporting, and recommendations for enhancements affecting student billing.
• Serve as primary contact for Perceptive Content administration and liaise with IT Shared Services.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of tuition/fee assessment issues in collaboration with enrollment and IT teams.
• Assist with nonpayment cancellation processes and data analysis for billing operations.
