Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial caulking and waterproofing experience.
• Experience with EIFS and plastering techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Reliable transportation to job sites and travel as required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install traditional three-coat stucco systems on commercial and multifamily projects.
• Install and repair EIFS when required.
• Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment.
• Repair cracks and maintain finish quality.
• Adhere to OSHA and Tremco CPG safety standards.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
