Rust-Oleum in Orlando, FL is seeking a skilled installer to perform stucco, EIFS, and plaster work on commercial and multifamily projects. You will install, repair, and finish façades, inspect work for quality, and ensure safety and project compliance.

Responsibilities include applying stucco, EIFS, and plaster with hand tools and spray equipment, reading construction drawings, coordinating with lead tech or supervisor, and maintaining clean job sites.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial caulking and waterproofing experience
• Commercial façade restoration experience
• Knowledge of EIFS systems, plastering techniques, and waterproofing details
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Travel to perform work as required
• Strong work ethic with attendance and teamwork
• Willing to work overtime when required
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Install traditional three-coat stucco systems on commercial and multifamily projects
• Install and repair EIFS when required
• Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment
• Repair cracks, damaged stucco, and exterior façade systems
• Maintain proper alignment, texture, and finish quality standards
• Work from scaffolding, aerial lifts, and swing stages when necessary
• Adhere to OSHA, WTI, and Tremco CPG Safety Standards
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and work areas
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction during services
• Perform any other duties and/or projects as assigned by Lead Tech, Foreman, or Supervisor
