Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of structural/concrete construction experience.
• At least three years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Ability to read structural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and field/project management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily structural field operations with self-perform crews and subcontractors.
• Develop short-interval look-ahead schedules in coordination with the project schedule.
• Enforce OSHA safety policies and conduct daily huddles and JHAs for structural activities.
• Inspect formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours, and ensure quality and compliance with codes.
