Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily structural field operations with self-perform crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate sequencing and installation of foundations, formwork, rebar, cast-in-place concrete, steel, and precast.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct JHAs, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Develop and maintain short-interval look-ahead schedules; monitor progress and productivity.
• Collaborate with project team to resolve field conflicts and document daily activities.
