Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of commercial project superintendent experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification and knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, layouts.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and inspects day-to-day civil construction operations.
• Prepares on-site paperwork and safety documentation.
• Coordinates with management, subcontractors, and field crews.
• Maintains project schedule and two-week lookaheads.
• Travel to project locations as needed.
