Spicer Group is seeking a Structures Practice Lead for its Development & Buildings group in Georgia. This role oversees vertical structure projects, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance, while guiding strategy, client relations, and staff development.

The role may serve as Project Manager or SME on large multidisciplinary efforts, with responsibilities spanning proposals, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination with other service areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• PE license in at least one state preferred.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project deliverables within the Structures Practice, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgets.
• Manages utilization and realization of Structures practice.
• Supports structural financial performance and risk management.
• Leads invoicing, proposals, and contract negotiations as needed.
• Acts as Project Manager or SME on multiple projects within the structures area.
