Spicer Group Inc. is seeking a Structures Practice Lead in Michigan to oversee delivery of vertical-structure projects within the Development & Buildings group. The role manages utilization, budget compliance, and quality; mentors staff and supports marketing and client engagement.

You may serve as PM or SME on major projects and help with proposals and contract negotiations. The position emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Senior Leadership to grow

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in vertical structures (steel/concrete).
• Experience with timber and masonry structures recommended.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple design packages and stakeholders.
• PM experience on multiple projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with BIM software like Revit and AutoCAD; experience with 3D/FEA models.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu, SharePoint, MS Project or PMIS.

Aufgaben

• Oversee project and financial management of the Structures Practice.
• Manage utilization and realization of the Structures practice.
• Support and contribute to the Structures practice area financial performance.
• Assist invoicing and collection of accounts receivable.
• Contribute to proposals, scope, and fees; participate in contract negotiations.
• Serve as Project Manager or SME on multiple projects within the structures practice.
• Oversee design and analysis of vertical structures ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
