Spicer Group is seeking a Structures Practice Lead to oversee the Development & Buildings group’s vertical-structure projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget compliance. The role includes financial performance oversight, staff mentoring, and potential project management on major initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, 10+ years in vertical structures, and strong BIM/PMIS proficiency; travel may be required as part of client development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• PE license in at least one state is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in vertical structures.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple design packages.
• Proficiency with BIM software and 3D/FEA modeling is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery of vertical structure projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget adherence.
• ManageStructures practice utilization and financial performance.
• Mentor staff and develop technical capabilities within the practice.
• Contribute to invoicing, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Engage with clients and marketing to promote the practice’s expertise.
