Spicer Group Inc. is seeking a Structures Practice Lead to supervise vertical structure projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget compliance within the Development & Buildings group.

You’ll oversee utilization, pricing, and risk management while mentoring technical staff and coordinating with leadership. The role includes invoicing support, proposals, and contract negotiations, with opportunities to serve as Project Manager on major initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• PE license in at least one state preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior leadership.
• Ability to travel as needed for project meetings and site visits.
• Experience managing complex vertical structure projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project deliverables within the Structures Practice, ensuring quality and on-time completion.
• Manages utilization and realization of the Structures practice and supports financial performance.
• Contributes to invoicing, proposals, and contract negotiations for key projects.
• Serves as Project Manager or SME on multiple projects, including large multidisciplinary efforts.
• Mentors technical staff and aligns with leadership on strategic planning and marketing.
• Develops client relationships and coordinates cross‑functional delivery with other service areas.
