Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Structures Lead for the F35 Wing Systems Manufacturing Engineering Team. This role directly supports Wing System production build teams, coordinating with Production, Engineering, Quality, IE, OE, and Planning to drive resolution of complex technical issues.

You will mentor early career team members, manage tooling improvements, engineering changes, and SRR/HPU reduction initiatives while maintaining SOPs and manufacturing plans. Fort Worth, TX

Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of production processes.
Experience with tooling and tool design concepts.
Experience with corrective action and production support.
Experience with process/product optimization and efficiency.
Applied CATIA V5 experience or similar software.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate manufacturing engineering activities for Wing systems.
Maintain/ improve SOPs and Manufacturing Plans.
Drive corrective action and manufacturing improvements.
Collaborate across build teams for affordability initiatives.
Communicate major issues across support teams.
