Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Project Management & Planning Operations Manager to lead the F-35 Production Integration Team, coordinating PM and planning, overseeing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications. You will mentor teams, deliver executive briefings, drive continuous improvement, and manage proposals and change integration with CRs.

This role requires 8+ years in supply chain leadership within aerospace or defense and a Bachelor's degree in supply

Qualifications

• Experience in supply-chain leadership within aerospace or defense programs.
• Experience in proposal integration, risk management, and continuous-improvement processes.
• Strong communication skills with senior executives.
• Mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• 8+ years of supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Executive Briefings – present at VP and Tier-2 levels as senior representative.
• Team Development – mentor and coach team members to build cohesion.
• Strategic Messaging – craft messaging to shape team mindset and goals.
• Data‑Driven Decision Support – collect and analyze KPIs for stakeholders.
• Change Integration – collaborate on CRs for production changes.
• Proposal & Integration Management – lead proposal integration aligned with requirements.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer – develop materials and run workshops.
