Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an Aeronautical Engineer Manager (L5) to lead the Systems Installation Design team focused on F-35 harness solutions. You will guide design, development, and release of engineering data ensuring safe and efficient operation of the F-35 fleet.

You will mentor multidisciplinary engineers, drive schedule adherence, and deliver mission-critical hardware with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Team lead experience required.
Design experience with harness, wiring, or cable systems.
Experience with CAD tools such as CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalents.
US Citizenship with active secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

Lead the team in development, layout, planning, and release of Engineering data for the F-35.
Provide production and sustainment support, responding to various reports and requests.
Conduct leadership duties including performance reviews and career development.
Manage EVMS responsibilities, project scheduling, and resource loading.
