Grand Teton Lodge Company seeks a Structures & Grounds Manager to oversee maintenance, preservation, and repair of historic structures and grounds for our resort properties. You will lead carpentry, painting, and grounds teams, manage budgets, safety programs, and support capital projects as part of the Engineering leadership team.
The role is full-time and year-round, with a starting wage of $46,000 to $70,910 plus an annual bonus.

This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising preventive, corrective, deferred, and operational maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with historic preservation standards. The role provides leadership for carpentry, painting, and grounds teams, manages budgets, safety programs, and personnel, and supports capital improvement projects. As a member of the Engineering leadership team, the manager helps achieve departmental and organizational goals while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
