Qualifications

• The HCA Healthcare Residency Program is a paid program designed to transition nursing students to registered nurses.
• Includes hands-on experiences, mentoring from nurse educators and experienced nurses.
• Monthly educational sessions and preceptorship training are provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in alignment with department standards.
• Assess patient condition during admission and shifts; report changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and medication administration as ordered.
