Qualifications

• RN Residency program offers hands-on experience and formalized learning experiences to bridge student nurse to registered nurse.
• Includes advanced clinical training, monthly educational sessions, preceptorship, simulations, mentoring, and evidence-based project collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift; report changes.
• Perform procedures, monitor and document care as ordered by providers.
• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic response, notify provider if issues arise.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and resolve issues proactively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, plans, and medications.

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program

Registered Nurse license or Graduate Nurse in the State
