X-Team is seeking a Technical Interviewer to facilitate global technical interviews for software developers. You will guide candidates through structured coding assessments, evaluating problem-solving, communication, and software engineering fundamentals to deliver objective signals for scaling teams.

You will own the interview experience end-to-end, ensuring fairness and high quality feedback while continuously refining content and scoring frameworks with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional hands-on software development experience.
• Experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating code challenges.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core CS concepts.
• Excellent written and spoken English with high interpersonal empathy.
• Reliable remote setup for live video calls and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical interviews for global candidates, ensuring a smooth, candidate-centric experience.
• Assess candidates' problem-solving, coding style, data structures, algorithms, and core CS concepts in real time.
• Deliver clear, structured technical feedback to support objective hiring decisions.
• Create a welcoming and professional environment to help candidates perform their best under pressure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine interview content, environments, and scoring frameworks.
