The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Java or Python, excellent communication skills, and reliable access to interview tools. Experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred, along with academic work in Computer Science.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer in Java or Python.
• Excellent English communication skills with professionalism and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and stable Internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate an interview through Karat's platform.
• Provide input on the candidate's performance, coding style, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.
