Job summary

Athene is seeking an Internal Wholesaler - Structured Settlements to drive sales growth by engaging structured settlement agents and expanding the use of Athene annuity solutions. You will work closely with the Relationship Manager to shape territory strategy and support agents from prospecting through quoting.

The role requires 4+ years in financial services sales, strong communication, and the ability to navigate pricing, legal and operations for timely proposals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial services sales experience with prospecting and relationship development.
• Annuity product sales experience preferred; structured settlement experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage customers and influence outcomes.
• Life license required; obtain within six months if not licensed.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and bias for action; Excel proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan that generates opportunities and drives structured settlement sales.
• Collaborate with pricing and sales teams to generate profitable proposals.
• Promote timely communication with appointed agents through legal and operations.
• Prospect, profile and engage agents through outreach, call campaigns, and webinars.
• Plan and execute agent engagement activities in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
